A note from our founder
I grew up around medicine. I've spent my career in healthcare staffing.
My father was an orthopedic surgeon, so I learned early what a physician's week actually looks like — the call schedules, the credentialing paperwork, the cost of a bad fit.
I've spent eight years building healthcare staffing companies. I built and sold Glades Talent, served as CMO at Caring People through its acquisition, and grew Falcon Recruitment's healthcare practice into its largest division.
Along the way I watched locums get treated like a volume business: rotating reps, rushed submissions, physicians passed between people who never read their file.
Falcon Locums is the opposite of that. A small team. One advisor who knows you. No physician presented to a facility until we've confirmed it's the right fit for both.

Senior Account Executive
Full-time · Remote (U.S.)
Open and grow relationships with hospitals and health systems, win new facility agreements, and be the named partner those facilities call. You'll work directly with our Founder & CEO and SVP of Sales & Operations.
What you'll do
- Build a pipeline of hospitals and health systems and win new facility agreements
- Own each account from first call through signed agreement and ongoing coverage
- Partner with our recruiting team to match physicians to facility needs
What you bring
- 3+ years in healthcare staffing sales, locum tenens strongly preferred
- A record of opening new facility accounts, not only managing existing ones
- Comfort working in an early-stage company where you shape the process
Compensation: Base + uncapped commission
